TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, purchasing a session or package, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book services.

2. Scope of Services

Solvi Wellness provides:

  • Therapeutic massage therapy and bodywork
  • Reiki (hands-on or light-touch energy work)
  • Sound bowl and tuning fork sessions
  • Session packages
  • Gift certificates

All services are wellness-based and non-medical in nature.

3. Not Medical Care

Services provided by Solvi Wellness:

  • Are not a substitute for medical care
  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Do not replace care from a licensed physician or healthcare provider

Nothing said before, during, or after a session constitutes medical advice.

Clients are responsible for discussing any health concerns, diagnoses, or symptoms with their physician or qualified healthcare provider.

If you are under medical care, have a chronic condition, recent surgery, cardiovascular condition, pregnancy, or any other significant health concern, physician clearance may be required before services are provided.

4. Client Intake & Health Disclosure

All clients must complete a health intake form prior to appointment approval.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information
  • Update Solvi Wellness regarding any changes to your health status
  • Inform the practitioner of discomfort or concerns during your session

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in service refusal or termination of session.

5. Booking & Payment

Appointments are booked through PocketSuite.

A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, will incur a $25 fee charged to the card on file.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session in order to respect scheduled appointments. Full session fees still apply.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds are issued for:

  • Services rendered
  • Missed appointments
  • Late cancellations

Package sales (once offered) are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of Solvi Wellness.

8. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Gift certificates comply with Maryland state law regarding expiration.

Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaceable.

9. Essential Oils

Certain services may include the use of essential oils.

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

  • Allergies
  • Sensitivities
  • Pregnancy
  • Respiratory conditions

Use of essential oils is optional and may be declined at any time.

10. Professional Boundaries

Solvi Wellness maintains professional therapeutic boundaries at all times.

Any inappropriate behavior, sexual solicitation, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services. Full payment will still be required.

11. Limitation of Liability

By receiving services, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary
  • You assume responsibility for your health and physical condition
  • You release Solvi Wellness and Radiant Holistic Healing LLC from liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Website & Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Solvi Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by Solvi Wellness or these Terms of Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Maryland, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to file a lawsuit in court and waive the right to a jury trial, except where prohibited by law.

Each party shall be responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

Solvi Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
